BBQ King Prawns with Chorizo Garlic Butter

Whilst i will admit the process of eating a prawn is slightly faffy, with the whole shell removal process etc etc, but... i feel the reward JUST outweighs the effort. Especially the head, always the head. Anyway, this prawn recipe is one i developed in the summer and basically hits all of my food principles. It's zingy, slightly spicy and above all else, BURSTING with flavour. My girlfriend even gave them a 10/10 and she's a bloody harsh critic
